Genna and Andrew have always shared a love of food and drink. So when Genna decided to cut back on alcohol to support her mental health, her partner Andrew—a Food Scientist—crafted Bubbly Not Boozy bevvies to fill her flute.

As partners in life and now in business, they dreamed of creating beautifully presented, better-for-you wine alternatives—made with real ingredients. So they sourced the world’s finest teas and fermented them into delicate, layered drinks with elegant, non-alcoholic complexity. 

Committed to crafting something genuinely better-for-you, they designed a process that skips adding sulfites, artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives—prioritizing purity and integrity in every bottle.

And they don’t just taste great—since breaking up with booze, Genna’s energy and resilience have soared. Now she swaps sparkling wine for Silver Swallow and still has a beautiful bevvy to cheers!
