Passion Fruit Kombucha Mimosa
The hints of passion fruit in Silver Swallow Kombucha inspired this take on the classic mimosa.

Bubbly, sweet yet tart, with elegant notes of Silver Swallow white tea, this cocktail is as sophisticated as it is fun. Plus it's non-alcoholic (<0.5%). Or, if you prefer, add a shot of cachaça, to pay homage to the classic Brazilian fruit that sweetens our kombucha.
Ingredients
- 75 ml Silver Swallow Luxury Kombucha
- 50 ml orange juice—better yet freshly squeezed
- 1 fresh passion fruit or granadilla
- 1 clementine—preferrably with stem & leaves still on
- Optional: 1 oz cachaça
Steps
1. Fill a champagne glass half full with orange juice
2. Juice and add one clementine
3. Fill the glass with Silver Swallow Luxury Kombucha
4. Scoop in half a passion fruit or granadilla. The edible seeds add a great crunch
5. Stir and garnish with clementine stem & leaves
Optional: Add a shot of cachaça
