Exploding with fine tea, Sparkling Spice is the synergy between Silver Swallow's premium white tea and Sloane's red rooibos Celebration Medley. Warming notes of clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange, apple, and rose are brought to life by Silver Swallow's luxury kombucha bubbles.

Celebration Medley Simple Syrup
Sparkling Spice Cocktail
1. For the simple syrup, combine water, sugar and Sloane Celebration Medley tea in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer for 10 minutes then cool. Filter through a coffee filter, cheesecloth or filter paper into a heat proof jar and refrigerate for up to a month.
2. Add 1 tsp Celebration Medley simple syrup to a champagne flute, top with Silver Swallow Luxury Kombucha and gently stir.
3. Cut thin apple slices. Fan them out then pierce them together using a cocktail pick. Rest the apple fan garnish on the flute.
4. Peel a thick slice of orange zest and pinch it between your fingers to spray the flavourful oils over the top of the glass and cocktail.
