Delivery Schedule

Our delivery schedule depends on your region:

• In Ontario, we use a local refrigerated delivery service, Simplify Cold Chain Solutions. Before your delivery, you'll receive a message when your order is out for delivery. Please be at your shipping address to sign for it so you can pop it in the fridge. If you live in a condo or apartment, the driver will ask you to come down. Orders placed by Monday 1pm are scheduled to arrive 1-4 business days later.
• In Quebec, we use a sustainable eco-shipper that will keep our products cool for the day they arrive. Please refrigerate the bottles the same day. During very hot or cold weather we may need to postpone shipments and will contact you to make arrangements. Orders placed by 1pm Monday are scheduled to arrive Wednesday. 

During statutory holidays, we push our shipping schedule back by a day.
