Delivery Schedule

Our delivery schedule depends on your region:

• In Ontario, we use a local refrigerated delivery service. The day before your delivery day, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please be at your shipping address to sign for it so you can pop it in the fridge. If you live in a condo or apartment, the driver will ask you to come down. Orders placed by 10 am Tuesday are scheduled to arrive 2-5 business days later.
• In Quebec, we use a sustainable eco-shipper that will keep our products cool for the day they arrive. Please refrigerate the bottles the same day. During very hot or cold weather we may need to postpone shipments and will contact you to make arrangements. Orders placed by 10 am Tuesday are scheduled to arrive Thursday. 

During statutory holidays, we push our shipping schedule back by a day.
