- 120 ml Silver Swallow Luxury Kombucha
- 1 clementine
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 1 egg white or 1 oz vegan aquafaba
- 1 oz simple syrup
1. Juice a clementine and half lemon into a cocktail shaker. Add egg white or aquafaba and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into a cocktail coupe.
2. Top with Silver Swallow Luxury Kombucha and garnish with pomegranate seeds and clementine zest.
